1. Refund Eligibility:
At VibeMax: Face Analyzer, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds across our different subscription plans.
1. Free Plan
Our Free plan is provided at no cost and therefore no refunds are applicable.
2. Subscription Plans
For our subscribers:
- We cannot offer refunds as time and costs incurred for development and server costs for tools are extremely high. By subscribing, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason. You can cancel any time though and your subscription ends.
3. Lifetime Plan
For our Lifetime Access plan customers:
- The refund policy is the same as our Subscription plans.
- We cannot offer refunds as time and costs incurred for development and server costs for tools are extremely high. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to a refund for this reason.
- Lifetime means for the lifetime of the product. Access remains active as long as the service is operational and maintained by us.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel your ios subscription or manage your active subscription:
1. navigate to Settings > VibeMax: Face Analyzer > Subscriptions
2. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and tap Cancel Subscription.
To cancel your android subscription or manage your active subscription:
1. navigate to Subscriptions in Google Play on your device or Google Play website
2. Select the subscription you wish to cancel, then tap or click 'Cancel subscription' and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a waiver of this policy for future cases.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page and updating the 'Last updated' date.
